Meet Pedro Serrador
Pedro Serrador, PMP, ITIL, P.Eng., MBA, PhD, has spent more than two decades helping organizations deliver complex projects and programs with precision and measurable results. His career includes work with some of Canada’s largest and most influential corporations, such as the Royal Bank of Canada, TD Bank, Manulife Financial (John Hancock), Nortel Networks, and Computer Sciences Corporation, as well as numerous other banks and financial institutions.
His academic background reflects a strong commitment to both technical excellence and strategic leadership. He holds an HonBSc from the University of Waterloo, an MBA from the Edinburgh Business School, and a PhD in Strategy, Programme, and Project Management from SKEMA Business School (ESC Lille). He is also a licensed Professional Engineer, ITIL-certified, and has been a Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2000.
This combination of academic depth and practical experience allows Pedro to bridge the gap between theory and execution by aligning strategic vision with real-world implementation. His career includes senior roles such as Adjunct Professor, Lecturer, Board Member, Founder, CEO, and Senior Project Manager, reflecting a unique blend of industry expertise and academic insight. He has led multi-million-dollar programs, implemented enterprise governance frameworks, driven digital adoption, and optimized processes for measurable ROI, working with organizations including TD Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, and global consulting clients. As an educator at the University of Toronto, Northeastern University, Humber College, and SKEMA Business School, he has mentored future leaders, integrating real-world best practices into academic learning.
